An epidemic screening method and apparatus combining RPA with AI, relating to the technical field of artificial intelligence. The specifically disclosed technical solution comprises: an RPA system acquiring a communication catalog of people to be screened, and generating an epidemic screening table; the RPA system successively dialing said people according to the communication catalog and by means of an outbound call system, and performing voice broadcasting on synthetic speech of epidemic screening questions; the RPA system acquiring reply speech of said people in response to the synthetic speech of the epidemic screening questions; the RPA system performing recognition on the reply speech to generate candidate recognition results, performing dialect optimization on the candidate results, and then automatically filling target recognition results into items to be filled, which correspond to the epidemic screening questions, in the epidemic screening table; and the RPA system performing epidemic screening according to the epidemic screening table. Thus, epidemic screening is realized on the basis of RPA and outbound call technology, screening efficiency is improved, and screening costs and risks are reduced; and dialect optimization is performed on the reply speech of people to be screened, thereby ensuring the reliability of screening results.
