某三甲医院新型医疗集团模式实践

             

摘要

医疗机构集团化发展是众多医疗机构实现医疗资源重组、加强战略合作的主要方式,也是公立医院改革的重要途径之一.本文通过梳理我国医疗集团化的历史沿革与发展现状,探讨当前国内医疗集团发展存在的主要问题.同时,以上海市某三甲医院为例,阐述松散协作型为主、托管兼并为辅的创新医疗集团模式.该模式通过人才培养、会诊和转诊绿色通道、集团内学科多平台合作等多项举措,取得显著成效.实践证明,该模式的实施,增强老成员的向心力及对新成员的吸引力,提高成员医院的学科建设、人才培养、管理理念、医疗技术水平,增强核心医院的品牌知名度、辐射力,有助于当地群众得到优质、价廉的医疗服务,与政府政策目标导向相一致.但运行过程中也凸显出一些问题.%The integrated development of medical institutions is the main way to reorganize medical resources and strengthen the strategic cooperation, and it is also one of the important ways of public hospital reform.The history and development status of China`s medical group were analyzed and the main problems in developing the current domestic medical group were discussed.Meanwhile, by taking a third-level hospital as an example, this paper mainly elaborated on the mode of the innovative medical group, which was mainly based on loose collaboration and managed by merger.This new mode was proved to have achieved remarkable progress through talent training, green channels of consultation and referral, the group`s multi-platform cooperation and other initiatives.The new model enhanced the centripetal force of the old members and the attractiveness for the new members.The discipline construction, personnel training, management philosophy and medical technologies of member hospitals have been significantly improved.Brand awareness and radiation force of core hospital have been significantly enhanced.Local people have got high-quality, cheap medical services consistent with government policy.But some problems still exist in the new model and need to be solved.
