长远航卫勤保障中麻醉工作实施体会

摘要

Experienced more than 30 times of long-term voyage in medical service team as an anesthetist,the author summarized the characteristics of operation and anesthesia,clarified the responsibility of anesthetists,emphasized on the importance of preoperative provision,anesthesia selection,the induction and maintenance of anesthesia.It will provide consultation to anesthetists who participate in medical service team on long-term voyage.%通过对30余次长远航卫勤保障中麻醉工作的总结,探讨长远航卫勤保障中手术麻醉的特点;明确麻醉医师的职责和长远航条件下麻醉前准备、麻醉方法选择、麻醉诱导和维持的重点环节,为麻醉医师参加长远航卫勤保障提供参考.
