教学医院实验技术人员在研究生带教中的作用

为探讨教学医院实验技术人员在研究生带教中的作用，本文阐述了强化思想工作，激发拼搏精神；提高自身素质，培养创新意识；规范仪器设备使用，狠抓成果经费管理；为教学医院研究生的临床实验教学提供经验。%To inquire into the effect of the lab technician in the medical postgraduates education in the teaching hospital, it is expatiated in this article that the strengthening ideological work, inspire the spirit of the hard struggle; raising the technician own quality, training innovating consciousness; standardizing the usig of the instrument equipment, holding the management of the results and spending ; the teaching experience of the clinical lab teaching of the medical postgraduates education in the teaching hospital.
