高海拔冷凉地区西兰花露地无公害栽培技术探讨

摘要

青海东部农业区高海拔冷凉地区露地蔬菜具有天然、环保、无污染的优势。该区生产的西兰花嫩脆清香，营养丰富，可溶性固形物含量高，商品性好，产量高，90%产量实现外销。总结了高海拔冷凉地区西兰花露地无公害高产栽培技术，包括品种选择、播种育苗、整地施肥、定植、田间管理、病虫害防治、采收等方面，为西兰花生产提供了参考。%The outdoor vegetables from eastern agricultural area in cold area at high altitude in Qinghai had the advantages of natural environmental pollution. The production of broccoli tendered crisp fragrance, rich nutrition, high soluble solids, good commodity nature, high yield. And the yield export achieved 90%. The pollution free high yield cultivation techniques of broccoli in cold region at high altitude were summarized from the following aspects, including varieties selection, seedling cultivation, soil fertilizer, planting, field management, pest control, harvesting and so on, and provided references for production of broccoli.
