快速选用和正确设计钢结构用高强度螺栓

         

摘要

The paper focuses on the pre-tension, torque coefficient, construction torque, connected surface treatment, anti-slip coefficient, bolt connection design principles of the friction-type large hexagon head high strength bolt for steel structure connection, provides experiential calculation method, determines the parameters, points out the problem to which attention shall be given in the design, and clarify the contents of construction drawings. It helps solve the problem that the design quality is affected due to that some designers are not very clear about the aspects mentioned above in the practical work and have certain reference value and practicality for steel structure connection design.%阐述了钢结构用摩擦型大六角头高强度螺栓连接的预拉力、扭矩系数、施工扭矩、连接面的处理、抗滑移系数、螺栓连接的设计原则等作了重点阐述,并且提供经验的计算方法,介绍各参数的确定,指出设计中应注意的问题,明确施工图的内容,解决了实际工作中一些设计人员因对此不是十分清楚,而影响设计质量的问题.对钢结构连接设计具有一定的参考价值.
