海上风电安装设备机液联合仿真研究

         

摘要

In the process of offshore wind-turbine installation, the swaying motion of the vessel caused by the waves has a great effect on docking between the wind-turbine and the abutment. With the hydraulic swaying motion control system equipped, the vessel can reduce the deflection effectively. Based on the co-simulation technology using ADAMS and Matlab/Simscape, this paper builds the co-simulation model of the mechanical and the hydraulic systems. According to the results of co-simulation analysis, the hydraulic swaying motion control system reduces the deflection by 76% in the process of the installation.And this paper also provides a basis for defining parameters of the system.%海上风电安装设备安装过程中驳船因波浪引发的摇摆运动直接影响风机与墩台的对位作业.在安装设备上加装液压摇摆调整系统可以有效减小风机与墩台的相对位移.基于ADAMS与Matlab/Simscape联合仿真技术建立机液联合仿真模型,仿真结果表明,摇摆调整液压系统使安装过程中风机相对墩台的位移减小76%.仿真结果也为确定系统参数提供了依据.
