硅油风扇离合器的试验研究

摘要

The paper discusses the working principle of the viscous fan clutch, and main factors affecting the performance. The viscous draining mechanism impacting the speed regulation is discussed in the paper, with establishment of viscous draining pressure equation. A product sample is designed based on the design parameters of a viscous fan clutch, with the bench test performed, to provide rotation speed property curve and temperature property curve.%论述了硅油风扇离合器的工作原理,分析了影响其性能的主要因素.对影响其调速性能的排油机构进行了探讨,构建了排油压力方程.针对某型硅油风扇离合器的设计参数,设计产品样品,并对其进行台架试验,给出了转速特性曲线及温度特性曲线.
