The assembly has fans with a centrifugal clutch device for coupling the fans, where the centrifugal clutch device is in engagement with a radiator Venetian blind (4). The clutch device comprises a centrifugal clutch element e.g. mechanical spring element such as plate spring, coupled with an engine shaft of the fans. The centrifugal clutch element is received in a receiving element coupled with the engine shaft, where the clutch element comprises a friction portion and a mass portion. A fan wheel (5) is rotatably provided on a shaft (6) that is in operative connection with a motor (7). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a shutter and fan assembly.
