桥式起重机能效对比测试与分析

摘要

The paper introduces the test plan for energy-efficiency comparison test of the overhead crane, with defini-tions of supply energy, effective energy and energy efficiency, and determines to take the energy efficiency as the index for evaluation of crane's energy consumption level.The energy-efficiency test is performed for two typical overhead cranes with the same model and different speed-regulation means such as rotor series resistance speed and dynamic braking variable fre-quency speed regulation respectively, with further analysis for the test results.%　　介绍了桥式起重机能效对比测试的测试方案，采用了供给能、有效能和能源效率3条定义，并确定了以能源效率作为评价起重机能源消耗水平的指标，并对2台型号相同、调速分别为转子串电阻调速和能耗制动变频调速的典型桥式起重机进行了能效测试，并对测试结果进行了分析。
