自动变速器油位设计及验证

摘要

The oil level of automatic gearbox impacts its performance.The paper discusses development design of lu-bricating oil level of the automatic gearbox with certain vehicle as an example.With design of critical components and parts in the hydraulic system such as oil pan,vent hole,and oil filter,considering proper working temperature determined on the test bed,the complete vehicle test is performed in order to finally determine maximum and minimum oil levels in the auto-matic gearbox.%自动变速器的油位影响变速器的性能，以某特种车辆为例，论述了自动变速器润滑油油位的开发设计。结合液压系统中的关键零部件如油底壳、通气孔和滤清器的设计，在试验台架上确定合理的变速器工作温度后，进行整车试验，最终确定自动变速器内最高油位和最低油位。
