起重机械安全装置的故障检测周期优化

摘要

针对安全装置在起重机械中的安全重要性，在确定安全装置平均故障间隔时间（MTBF ）的情况下，结合使用单位对各安全装置可用度的要求，通过理论分析和计算来确定该安全装置的故障检测频率，来保障起重机械安全装置的可用度，减少事故的发生。%Considering the importance of safety device in hoisting machinery,with the mean time between failures of the safety device as the known condition,theoretic analysis,and calculation are carried out to determine the fault detection frequency in view of availability of such safety device required by various institutions,in order to guarantee its availability and reduce occurrence of accidents.
