汽车起重机湿式离合器摩擦片油槽改进及有限元分析

         

摘要

The paper studies the synchronization phase wet clutch convective heat transfer coefficient and the change rule of profile shape of the oil bath under the same flow section.Three kinds of radial oil bathes are improved, and the fi-nite element models for 3D transient thermoelastic contact of the friction pair before and after improvement are developed to get the distribution rule of the temperature field and stress field at the adjoining face of the friction pair.It ' s shown through analysis that under the same flow of cooling liquid, the oil bath with improved section shape is capable of quicken-ing the heat exchange process and reducing the disc temperature gradient, providing theoretic reference for designing and improving the wet clutch friction plate.%研究在相同油槽流动截面积的情况下, 同步阶段湿式离合器对流换热系数与油槽剖面形状的变化规律, 据此对3种径向油槽进行改进, 建立了改进前后摩擦副的三维瞬态热弹性接触有限元模型, 获得摩擦副接合面温度场及应力场的分布规律. 分析结果表明在相同冷却液流量的情况下, 改进后油槽截面形状能加快热交换进程, 减缓盘面温度梯度, 为湿式离合器摩擦片的设计及改进提供理论参考.
