桥式起重机新型车轮组的设计与应用∗

摘要

在桥式起重机新型车轮组中，采用可调心月牙形车轮组的结构形式，面向轨道设计，在增加起重机运行可靠性的同时减少车轮组规格与直径，同时简化零部件结构及强化零件间的通用性和互换性。所设计的新型车轮组，结构更加紧凑，易于维修、更换及保养，同时便于起重机零部件产品的系列化、参数化设计与批量生产。%The late-model wheelset of the overhead crane is designed based on the track with the structural type of the adjustable crescent wheelset to be used, which can not only increase the crane’s operation reliability, but also reduce the specification and diameter of the wheelset, simplify the structure, and improve universality and interchangeability among components. The new wheelset is provided with compact structure, easy to repair, replace, and maintain, and in favor of serial and parametric design and volume production of the crane components.
