堆垛机活动挡板小缸活塞杆有限元分析与技术改造

         

摘要

The flapper air cylinder of the stacker in the 300,000 t crosscut production line plays a significant role in production, but many problems usually occur such as damage of thread of air cylinder rod, breakage of middle balance staff head, which may seriously prevent the stable operation of the crosscut production line equipment. According to the dynamic analysis structure, ABAQUS finite element software is adopted for stress analysis of the thread of little piston rod of the air cylinder, to improve the flapper cylinder in respect to structure and material. Based on the dynamic analysis result, the paper analyzes typical failures like the damage of thread of air cylinder rod and breakage of middle balance staff head, adopts the fi-nite element analysis to analyze the stress distribution and level of stress when the cylinder piston rod is under pressure. For some critical parts easy to damage, improvements like changing the size or using better material may bring satisfying effects.%30万t横切生产线堆垛机活动挡板气缸在生产中发挥着重要的作用,但生产中经常出现诸如气缸活塞杆螺纹扣损坏、 中间摆轴轴头断裂等问题,严重制约横切生产线设备的稳定运行.根据动力学分析结构,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对气缸小活塞杆的螺纹进行应力分析,从结构和材质两个方面对拍板气缸进行改进.然后根据动力学分析结果,以小缸活塞杆螺纹滑扣、 断裂为典型故障,运用有限元方法分析了小缸活塞杆受力时的应力分布和应力水平,对部分关键、 容易损坏的部位,通过改变尺寸大小、 使用强度更好的材质进行改进,获得了满意的效果.
