With the continuous improvement of safety standards in the European machinery manufacturing industry, SIL2 control devices and detecting elements gradually enter the port machinery and equipment industry. Based on results of the application of these control devices and detecting elements on quayside container cranes, such devices need to be functionally perfected and improved. Besides, further consideration is necessary for the safety design and efficiency of quayside container crane to balance safety and efficiency.%随着欧洲机械制造行业安全标准的不断提升,满足SIL2级控制设备和检测元件逐渐开始进入港机装备.从目前在岸边集装箱起重机上实际使用这些控制设备和检测元件的效果来看,这些控制设备包括检测元件还有待功能上的进一步完善和提高.而针对岸边集装箱起重机的安全性设计和作业效率,有必要做深入的思考,力求做到安全与效率的平衡.
