研究型大学在建设创新型国家中的作用

摘要

China has been facing with some difficulties in the process of constructing innovative nation,such as weak innovative ability of basic research,low ratio of transformation and application of research results,shortage of innovative talents,lack of innovative culture,etc.There are four principles to insist for research universities in the process of constructing innovative nation.Firstly,insisting on the principle of elite education to cultivate innovative talents;Secondly,paying more attention to basic research to fundamentally improve national innovative ability;Thirdly,constructing free and innovative academic culture to promote the formation and growth of national innovative culture;Lastly,strengthening applied basic research and transformation of innovative ability to improve nation＇s technological innovative ability.%我国在建设创新型国家的过程中面临着基础研究的创新能力亟待提高、技术转化利用率低、创新人才匮乏、创新文化不足等问题。研究型大学在建设创新型国家的过程中,要坚持精英教育的原则,培养创新人才;重视基础研究,从根本上提高国家的创新能力;营造自由创新的学术文化,带动国家创新文化的形成和发展;加强应用基础研究和创新能力的转移,提升国家的技术创新能力。
