注册测绘师制度和专业认证条件下测绘工程专业改革探索

摘要

At present,China is implementing the registered surveyor system and encouraging the colleges and universities to apply professional certification positively in order to promote the surveying and mapping education reform,and gradually build a new advanced education and management system of surveying and mapping linked to the registered surveyor system in China.In this paper,it proposes to take "capacity output" as a guideline based on the characteristics of the professional accreditation of engineering education,standards and requirements.Meanwhile,a set of talent training systems of surveying and mapping engineering have been put forward in the article,which can make the quality of the talents of surveying and mapping continuously improved and bring a virtuous circle to meet the backup requirements of registered surveyors through establishing dynamic module of curriculum system,adjusting classroom teaching mode,reforming the curriculum evaluation methods,improving the software and hardware condition of teaching,expanding the practice teaching base and so forth.%目前我国施行注册测绘师制度,并鼓励各测绘办学单位积极申报专业认证以推进测绘教育改革,逐步构建与注册测绘师制度相衔接的测绘教育与管理体系.文章结合工程教育专业认证的特点、标准和要求,提出以"能力产出"为导向,通过建立动态模块化课程体系、调整课堂教学模式、改革课程考核方式、改善办学软硬件条件、拓展实践教学基地等措施,从而建立一套能使我校测绘人才质量持续提高、符合注册测绘师后备要求的良性循环的测绘工程人才培养体系.
