基于专业校企合作的“双师型”师资培养模式探析

         

摘要

Exploring the new models of cultivating " double qualified teacher" in higher vocational colleges is the important content of teaching staff construction. The school-enterprise cooperation alliance platform based on professional building, is established and the new models of cultivating " double qualified teacher" is explored through the measures of personnel post shifting between school and enterprise regularly, qualification identity of school-enterprise cooperation alliance, talents sharing, and promoting reform in talents training in order to promote the connotation construction of double qualified teaching staff.%积极探索高职院校“双师型”教师队伍培养新模式,是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要内容。成立以专业为依托的校企合作联盟平台,通过校企定期互派人员顶岗轮换、校企联盟资格认证、人才共享、推进人才培养改革等措施探讨创新高职院校“双师型”教师队伍培养模式,以促进“双师型”教师队伍的内涵建设。
