高职“工作过程导向”课程实践教学质量提升的思考

     

摘要

工作过程导向的课程因以工作过程为平台,其实践教学更具有职业的针对性。工作过程导向课程实践教学质量的核心因素有技能水平的规格、情境的典型性、工作过程的真实性、技能的实用性和创新性,可以从制订合适的课程标准、开发合适的情境、加强实训教学设施建设、提升"双师型"素质教师的水平以及建立一套科学合理的实践教学质量评价体系等五个方面入手提高实践教学的质量。%The practice teaching of the course with work process oriented pattern has more occupation pertinence because of taking the work process as the platform. The core factors of it include the specification about the skill level, the typical situation, the authenticity of the working process, the practical and innovative ability. The quality of practical teaching can be improved from the five aspects: making the appropriate curriculum standard, developing the suitable situation, strengthening the practical teaching construction, enhancing the quality level of " double type" teachers and establishing a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system on the quality of practice teaching.
