体现产业行业元素的专业文化建设是高职院校校园文化建设的主要内容，是提升学校专业建设水平，凝练专业特色，系统化培养学生职业素养的重要力量。充分吸收产业行业元素，做好专业文化建设顶层设计以及完善专业文化实施平台是高职院校专业文化建设的有效路径和方法。%Construction of specialty culture integrated with elements of industry is an important component of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges. Also it is a vital power to raise the level of specialty construction, to condense the feature of specialty, and to develop students＇ professional quality systematically. The effective ways and methods to construct specialty culture are as follows： elements of industry should be fully absorbed, the design of construction of specialty culture should be perfected, and the platform for implementation of culture construction should be improved.
