高职教育校企合作模式的制度逻辑研究

         

摘要

School-enterprise cooperation as applied talents training mode is widely practiced in higher vocational colleges. It has ex?perienced the process of institutionalization of system creation, dissemination and maintenance. Since the participants of school-en?terprise cooperation can not understand the rules to be followed and share a common culture, there has been obvious institutional re?jection between the two main bodies of higher vocational colleges and enterprises, showing randomness, fragmentation and one-di?mensional cooperation states. To this end, the meeting point of cultures in schools and enterprises should be sought, and the"lan?guage"system of school-enterprise cultural integration should be constructed, with intervention of key points in system field by the main participants to achieve institutional reconstruction under cultural integration based on school-enterprise cooperation mode.%校企合作作为应用型人才培养模式被高职院校广泛推行,经历了制度创生、传播与维持的制度化过程.由于校企合作的参与者无法了解应遵循的规则和分享共同的文化,出现了高职院校与企业两个主体间显著的制度性拒斥,表现出随意性、割裂化、单向度的合作状态.为此,要寻求校企文化的契合点,建构校企文化融合的"语言"体系,结合参与主体对制度场域关键点的干预,实现基于文化融合下校企合作模式的制度性重构.
