高职学生酒店实习对其就业倾向的影响分析--以酒店管理专业为例

Using the method of quantitative analysis, this paper discusses the influence factors of hotel internship on career-choice tendency for students of higher vocational hotel management specialty. The study results show that career intention of students be⁃fore internship, work conditions of the hotels and intern’s psychological capital are positively correlated to the career choice inten⁃tion. The paper also develops a regression model of career choice and employment intention of the students. Accordingly, sugges⁃tions for management are put forward:improvement of internship intention, reform of internship mode and increase of common ser⁃vice courses.%运用定量分析法探讨高职酒店管理专业学生酒店实习对其择业倾向的影响因素，研究结果发现：实习前的择业意向、实习酒店的工作条件、实习生心理资本三个因素与实习生在酒店业择业意向呈正相关，并进一步探讨学生在就业择业意向的回归模型，据此提出提高实习意愿、改革实习方式、增加普通服务类课程的管理建议。
