法律硕士研究生法律职业思维的培养--以广西师范大学法学院研究生《法学前沿》课程创新为例

Law school in GuangXi Normal University ,which offers some frontiers of law courses ,invites some experts who are experienced and pragmatic from People's Procuratorate ,People’s Court or Law office .We expect students to have connection with the local practical procedures .At the same time we intend to broaden students'legal perspective and cultivate the students'legal thinking mode .Method of legal thinking is a vital part of graduate ? student .This paper is based on frontiers of law courses to discuss the cultivation of law thinking ,and to point out the problems of the frontiers of law course .%法律思维是法律职业的组成部分。我院以《法学前沿》课程为依托，邀请检察院、法院、律师事务所具有丰富实践经验的专家进行讲学，使同学们能在学校接触到实务部门办理案件的具体模式，以此扩大同学们的法律视角，培养同学们的法律思维模式。法律思维是法科研究生培养的一个重要环节，本文以《法学前沿》课程为启发，对法律思维的培养构建进行了探讨，并对《法学前沿》课程本身暴露的问题提出了建议。
