转变实验理念,全面提升化工原理实验教学质量的研究

摘要

实践教学是培养学生解决实际问题能力的重要环节。化工原理实验又化工厂单元操作的缩影。我们引导学生从无机化学、有机化学实验的瓶瓶罐罐进入管路系统的操作;从老师讲解实验原理、操作步骤到学生自己摸流程,直至开停车,再用理论知识理解和解释所做实验的目的;从直接输入数据得到结果到自己用Excel编程进行数据处理及绘图操作;教改使学生花在实验上的时间多了。大部分学生掌握了用Excel处理数据及绘图的方法,并增强了团队的协作精神。%Taken the experiment methods reform of chemical engineering principle experiment as an example,based on the results of questionnaire survey,the comprehensive analysis of many factors in improving the teaching quality is cited in the article.We believe that the key factors are to let students experience the whole process of experiment teaching,which includes experimental preparation,training teacher-student interaction and so on.
