兔肝肿瘤模型中 CT 能谱成像与灌注成像的相关性研究

             

摘要

目的:探讨兔 VX2肝癌模型中 CT 能谱成像参数与灌注参数及微血管密度(MVD)之间的相关性。方法选取24只种植 VX2肝癌的大白兔,于种瘤后第14天行能谱及灌注一站式扫描,同时获得 CT 灌注图像和 CT 能谱图像。对肿瘤周边 CT 强化较明显区域行 CD34的免疫组化染色,根据 CD34阳性结果计数测定 MVD,采用 Pearson 相关分析能谱图像肿瘤的碘基值与灌注参数值及 MVD 值的相关性。结果瘤组织动脉期碘基值与 BV、BF、HAF、PS 及 MVD 值呈正相关(P 均<0.05),与 MTT 呈负相关(P <0.05);瘤组织静脉期碘基值与 BV、BF、PS 及 MVD 值呈正相关(P 均<0.05),与 HAF、MTT 无相关性(P 均>0.05)。结论CT 能谱图像碘基值与灌注参数及 MVD 具有较好的相关性,可反映肿瘤的血供变化。%Objective To assess the correlation between spectral CT parameters and perfusion parameters in rabbit VX2 liver tumor model.Methods 24 rabbits with VX2 liver tumor underwent GSI perfusion one -stop CT scan to generate spectral images and perfusion images.The enhanced borders of tumors were stained immunohistochemically with CD34,MVD was shown by anti -CD34.The correlation of iodine concentration of tumor with perfusion parameters and MVD were analyzed by using Pear-son’s correlation analysis.Results The tumor iodine based in value of arterial phase had an positive correlation with BV,BF, HAF,PS and MVD(all P <0.05),and had a negative correlation with MTT(P <0.05).The tumor iodine based value of venous phase had an positive correlation with BV,BF,PS and MVD (all P <0.05),and had no correlation with HAF,MTT.Conclusion The tumor iodine based value obtained from spectral CT images corre-lates strongly with perfusion parameters and MVD,which can reflect tumor blood supply changes.
