共轴刚性旋翼非定常气动特性初步试验研究

         

摘要

To explore the best unsteady aerodynamic model, research was made to investigate the effect law of collective pitch, rotor distance, rotating speed and wind speed on coaxial rigid rotor aerodynamic characteristics. This paper presented an analytical study of rotor unsteady aerodynamic performances in hover and forward flight emphatically through experiments. Experimental results show that the collective pitch, rotor distance, rotating speed and forward speed have great influence on coaxial rigid rotor aerodynamic characteristics, for the aerodynamic interaction effect of the upper rotor, when two rigid rotors had the same rotating speed and the torque was balanced, the collective pitch of lower rotor was larger than the upper rotor about 1 degree. As the same collective pitch and rotor distance, the lift of upper rotor was about 51.5%-60% of the total lift. Some useful conclusions could provide references for aerodynamic experiments in coaxial rigid rotor of future high speed helicopter.%为了解旋翼总距、间距、转速和风速等参数对共轴刚性双旋翼气动特性影响的规律,探索气动性能最佳的非定常气动模型,着重从试验方面对悬停状态和前飞状态下旋翼非定常气动性能进行分析研究.试验结果表明:旋翼总距、间距和转速等参数变化对共轴刚性双旋翼的气动性能影响较大,受上旋翼气动干扰影响,相同转速配平状态时下旋翼总距比上旋翼大1°左右;在相同旋翼总距和间距下,上旋翼升力占总升力的51.5%~60%.试验结果为未来高速直升机共轴刚性双旋翼气动特性试验提供了参考.
