浅论档案管理法制化建设

摘要

通过分析档案管理法制化现状，探讨了档案管理法制化建设中存在的问题，提出了加大国家对档案管理法律的立法，提高档案管理人员的素质，加大档案管理法制化的宣传以及建立和完善档案管理的各项制度等加快档案管理法制化建设的建议，以期更好地适应新形势下的档案管理工作需求。%Through the analysis of the file management legal status, discusses the problems existing in the legal construction of archives management, put forward to increase national legislation on archives management law, improve the quality of personnel file management, increase the file management legal publicity and the establishment and improvement of the archives management system and speed up the legalization construction of archives management, to better adapt to under the new situation of archives management work demands.
