OSCE在护理学生临床考核中的实施与评价

摘要

Higher vocational nursing colleges are the main exporting places of cultivating nursing professionals. The cultivation of the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students is the most critical. To this end, OSCE clinical examination mode is introduced to our school, and testing and assessment are implemented, hoping to get rid of the over-reliance on theory instead of focusing on comprehensive ability so as to further improve their clinical comprehensive ability.%高职高专护理院校是培养护理专业人才的主要输出地。而其中对护理专业学生临床综合能力的培养最为关键。为此，我校引进OSCE临床考试模式，对护理专业学生实施考核与评价，希望通过OSCE临床考试模式的应用，摆脱传统教学与评价过分依靠理论而忽视综合能力的情况，进一步提高护理专业学生的临床综合能力。
