校园文化建设中高校思想政治教育功能研究

Based on present situation construction of campus culture, ideological and political education workers and other managersstillhavenotchangedthetraditionalwayofeducation,whichcannotfullydemonstratetheleadingroleof teachers, reduce students' enthusiasm, and affect the cultivation of service and innovative talents.%从当前高校的校园文化建设现状来看，各大高校的思想政治教育工作者和其他管理者，依然没有改变传统的教育方式，这样会导致教师的主导作用没有充分展现，学生的积极性不能很好的发挥，在一定程度上影响了高校管理、服务和创新型人才的培养。
