FDM型3D打印机喷头优化设计

         

摘要

With the continuous innovation and development of 3D printing technology, it has become the focus of attention of all kinds of different industries, a great influence on the application of social machinery market. In industrial production, 3D printing technology will gradually adapt to the requirements of the times instead of the traditional machine tool production. Although 3D printers are now widely used, continuous improvement in technology innovation and optimization are becoming more sophisticated in terms of printing technology, there are still many problems and shortcomings in the design of printer nozzle. Taking type in FDM 3D printer as example, the common problems occur when printing were analyzed and solutions were proposed based on FDM 3D printer type, and practical solutions to improve the design of some of the problems existing in the head during printing were put forward.%随着3D打印技术的不断创新与发展,其已成为各类不同行业关注的热点,在社会应用机械类市场上的影响力很大,发展势头十分迅猛.在工业生产方面,3D打印技术也将逐渐顺应时代要求代替传统的机床模具生产.尽管3D打印机目前应用广泛,在科技创新中不断改进与优化,在打印技术方面也逐渐趋于成熟,但在打印机喷头设计方面仍存在着诸多问题与不足,以FDM型3D打印机为例,在打印过程中容易出现打印模型坍塌、开裂,喷头堵塞、拉丝等普遍性问题.本文基于FDM型3D打印机,对喷头在打印时出现的这些常见问题进行分析并提出解决办法,同时对现有喷头打印过程中出现的部分问题提出切实可行的改进设计方案.
