药品快检车近红外系统快速鉴别阿莫西林胶囊的真伪

摘要

Objective:To identify the authenticity of amoxi-cillin capsule.Methods:12, 000~4 000 cm-1 wavelength range, set the resolution of 4 cm-1, use drug fast inspection car vehicle near infrared system, in the field of amoxicillin capsules,screening by thin layer chromatography (TLC),to verify this screening failed samples. Results:The site selection failed samples,verified by lab-oratory for substandard medicines. Conclusion the existence of a positive can falsify the near infrared spectra larger difference quickly identify the authenticity of amoxicillin capsule.%目的：对阿莫西林胶囊的真伪进行鉴别。方法：在12000～4000 cm-1波段范围内，设定分辨率为4 cm-1，利用药品快检车车载近红外系统，在现场对阿莫西林胶囊进行筛选，再通过薄层色谱法，对筛选未通过的样品进行验证。结果：现场筛选未通过的样品，经实验室验证确为不合格药品。结论可以通过正伪品近红外光谱图存在的较大差别快速鉴别阿莫西林胶囊的真伪。
