白蛋白微球的制备方法及质量评价的研究进展

摘要

Albumin microspheres has recently been showed good advantages in achieving targeting fields of tumor drugs, which was an ideal drug carrier. It could been concluded from these studies that researchers prepared the good safty, biocompatible and bio-degradable microsphere formulations to adapt different needs of clinic. In this paper, introduce the development and application of the albumin microspheres. Through relating literature about the history, the prepare methods and quality evaluation of the albumin micro-spheres was continued further exploration. This paper also analyzed and summarized that how to achieve targeted drug delivery and control drug burst of the albumin microspheres, at the same time, made prospect of the shortcomings and its further development, the microspheres will be widely used in pharmaceutical formulations.%白蛋白微球在实现肿瘤药物的靶向性方面显示出良好的优势，是理想的药物载体。研究者通过制备具有良好的安全性、生物相容性和可生物降解性的微球制剂来适应临床不同的需要，本文介绍了白蛋白微球目前的应用情况和研究进展。通过查阅近年来相关的国内外文献，对白蛋白微球的制备方法和质量评价等方面进行进一步阐述，综合归纳，并对白蛋白微球在实现靶向给药、控制药物突释等方面进行研究，同时对其不足和后续发展做出展望。微球这种药物载体必将在药物制剂方面取得广泛的应用。
