护理干预在妇科开放性手术后并发症中的效果

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预在妇科开放性手术后并发症的护理效果。方法选取100例在我院妇科接受开放性手术的患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例，给予对照组常规护理，观察组在常规护理上增加包括睡眠、疼痛、心理、健康教育的特殊护理。结果观察组中发生腹胀、恶心、呕吐、伤口渗血的人数比对照组少，术后排气排便所需时间较短，护理满意度更高。结论良好的护理干预可以减少术后并发症的发生，获得更好的护理效果。%ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofnursinginterventionsinopengynecologicalsurgerycomplications.Methods 100gy-necological patients undergoint open surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group , which was given sleep, pain, mental health education the special care .Results Abdominal distension , nausea, vomiting, bleeding wound number occurred in the obser-vation group were less than the control group , with shorter time of exhaust defecation and higher nursing satisfaction .Conclusion Excellent care interventions can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications , and get better care results .
