Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical factors of neonatal skin scratch and falloff of tube and take the prevention measures and nursing interventions. Methods A total of 50 neonates in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into innovation group and general group, with 25 cases each group. The general group adopted general nursing and innovation group, the clinical factors of neonatal skin scratch and falloff of tube were analyzed and the corresponding nursing intervention were taken for innovation group. The incidence of accidents and families′ satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of accidents was higher and families′ satisfaction for general group was lower than that of innovation group (P0.05). Conclusion The early nursing intervention and summary of clinical factors can improve families′ satisfaction and reduce the incidence of accidents.
