目的：探讨妊娠期孕产妇阴道微生态失调与早产发生的相关关系。方法采用前瞻性研究方法，以2013－01～2014－01间在我院妇产科门诊产检并进行阴道微生态检测的孕产妇为研究对象，随机选取200例阴道微生态正常的孕产妇为正常对照组；选取386例阴道微生态失调的孕产妇，通过知情同意的原则为阴道微生态失调纠正组228例和阴道微生态失调治疗无效或未治疗组158例。追踪随访所有孕产妇的妊娠结局，比较三组孕产妇的早产发生率。结果三组早产发生率为3.0％、5.7％和20.9％，经统计学分析正常对照组与无效或未治疗组、纠正组与无效或未治疗组之间差异具有统计学意义，而正常对照组和阴道微生态失调纠正组间差异无显著性意义。结论妊娠期孕产妇阴道微生态失调与早产的发生相关，动态监测阴道微生态评价指标，积极治疗纠正阴道微生态失调对于降低早产发生率具有重要的临床价值。%Objective To investigate the relationship between maternal vaginal micro ecological imbalance and the occurrence of pre -mature delivery relationship .Methods Taking the prospective study as research method .The pregnant women , who took vaginal micro ecological detection in obstetrics and gynecology clinic department in the hospital from January , 2013 to January , 2014 were included .200 cases of vaginal micro ecological normal pregnant women were regarded as group A ( normal control group );228 cases of vaginal micro eco-logical imbalance were divided into group B ( vaginal micro ecological imbalance corrected group ) and 158 cases as group C ( vaginal micro ecological imbalance treatment is invalid or not treatment group ) through the principle of informed consent .The pregnancy outcome of all pregnant women were all followed up ,and the incidence of preterm birth in three groups was compared .Results The preterm birth rate of three groups was 3.0%,5.7%and 20.9%.There was statistical significance among group A and group C ,group B and group C through statistical analysis , but there was no significant difference between groups A and B .Conclusion Gestational maternal vaginal micro ecological balance disorders is associated with preterm delivery.Dynamic monitoring of vaginal micro ecological evaluation index ,positive treatment to correct the vagina micro ecological imbalance can reduce the premature delivery rate ,and it has a good value .
