牡丹组织培养中生根与移栽驯化研究进展

摘要

The advance of the peony tube seedlings rooting was summarized from the influence of various factors including the rooting medium, different hormone ratio, activated carbon, sucrose and transplanting. Then the tube seedlings rooting of the new methods,genetic engineering and ex vitrorooting were put forward. It put forward new direction of the peony root seedlings and transplanting.%从生根培养基、不同激素配比、活性炭、蔗糖、移栽驯化等方面综述了牡丹试管苗生根与移栽的研究进展，提出了牡丹组培苗可以应用基因工程和瓶外生根的新方法进行生根，为牡丹组培苗生根与移栽提出了新方向。
