新生儿异态睡眠与疾病相关性的调查分析

摘要

目的:探讨新生儿异态睡眠与疾病相关性.方法:选取2009年6月至2010年6月我院娩出的100例有异态睡眠的新生儿为研究对象,应用多因素非条件Logistic回归模型,对可能导致该组新生儿睡眠障碍的相关因素如:性别、喂养方式、低钙血症、缺氧缺血性脑病、早产儿、多胎、吸入性肺炎、体重和睡眠时间等因素进行分析.结果:与新生儿异态睡眠相关的因素有低钙血症、缺氧缺血性脑病、吸入性肺炎、体重指数和睡眠时间.结论:新生儿异态睡眠多与疾病的发生有关,所以应该注意对新生儿的母婴保健.%Objective: To study the correlation between parasomnia and disease in newborn. Method:100 newborns with parasomnia were selected between Jun. 2009 to Jun. 2010, We applied many factors non -condition Logistic regression model, to the related factor that may cause the newborns sleep disorders such as the sex, feeding method, hypoclcemia, hypoxie-ischemic eneephalopathy ( HIE), premature infant, poly infant, aspirations pneumonia, weight and sleep time etc to carry on analysis. Result: These factors were related to parasomnia: hypocalemia, hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy (HIE), aspirations pneumonia, weight and sleep time. Conclusion: Newborns parasomnia are related to disease, so we should focus on newborns health.
