Objective: To discuss the effects of treatment of invasive bladder cancer with arterial embolization combined with chemotherapy. Method: 36 cases were diagnosed with invasive bladder cancer before chemotherapy. The attending physicians held a consultation and developed the chemotherapy plan, and then determined the amount of embolization and chemotherapy drugs and the kinds of drugs according to the actual situation of patients. Making 6-12 months follow-up to observe the efficacy and complications. Result: In all 36 cases, the total effective rate was 88.89％, and 4 cases were invalid. Chemoembolization in 36 patients were successful, 6 cases treated once, 22 cases had 2 times, and 8 cases had more than 3 times. Conclusion: It has better effects to treat invasive bladder cancer with arterial embolization combined with chemotherapy, and it is safe.%目的:探讨栓塞治疗配合动脉灌注化疗对于浸润性膀胱癌的治疗效果.方法:入选36例患者均于术前经膀胱镜检查及病理活检确诊为浸润性膀胱癌,由各科主治医师会诊并制订化疗方案,并根据患者实际情况确定栓塞及化疗用药和用量,随访6-12个月,观察疗效及并发症情况.结果:36例患者治疗后总有效率为88.89%;4例无效,2例由T2转为T3,2例由T3转为T4.36例患者的化疗栓塞均成功,其中6例(16.67%)仅实施1次治疗,22例(61.11%)行2次治疗,8例(22.22%)行3次及以上次治疗;7例(19.44%)患者出现不良的胃肠道反应或骨髓抑制.结论:采用动脉灌注化疗栓塞方法治疗浸润性膀胱癌具有较好疗效,且具有很好的安全性.
