脱细胞异体真皮基质填塞治疗肛瘘的临床观察

摘要

目的:探讨脱细胞异体真皮基质填塞治疗肛瘘的临床疗效,为临床治疗肛瘘提供一种新的微创治疗方法.方法:对我院2008年4月至2010年4月收住的肛瘘患者,将符合纳入标准的60例随机分为两组:治疗组(30例),采用脱细胞异体真皮基质填塞治疗肛瘘,对照组(30例),采用肛瘘挂线术治疗.进行临床观察分析.结果:两组病例在疗效、复发率、肛门功能方面无差异(P>0.05).但在疗程、术后疼痛、分泌物多少等方面,治疗组要明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:脱细胞异体真皮基质填塞治疗肛瘘具有微创性、痛苦轻、愈合快和不损害肛门功能及外形等优势.%Objective: To explore the effect of anal fistula treated with acellular extracellular matrix.And then provide a new method for anal fistula clinically. Method: 60 cases anal fistula admitted to our hospital from April 2008 to April 2010. They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (30 cases), using acellular extracellular matrix filling treatment for anal fistula. The control group (30 cases ), anal fistula by seton treatment. And then observed and analysed the clinical symtom. Result: There's no significant difference in the efficacy, relapse rate and anal function ( P＞ 0.05 ) between two groups. But in course of treatment, postoperative pain, the number of such discharge in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: This method has advantages of mininal invasion, less pain, heal quickly, and without damage to the anal sphincter function and appearance.
