目的:探讨不同手术方法治疗小儿疝气的临床价值及有效的麻醉方法.方法:选择我院收治的62例疝气患儿,比较传统开放式手术与微创腹腔镜手术在治疗效果、并发症、复发情况方面的差异,并观察吸入七氟烷麻醉的价值及安全性.结果:两组患者均取得了较好的治疗效果,无严重并发症发生,但开放型补片组术后有1例复发,微创型腹腔镜组无复发病例;62例患儿均采用吸入七氟烷麻醉,无严重并发症发生.结论:传统开放式手术与微创型腹腔镜手术均是治疗小儿疝气的有效方法,医生应该根据具体情况选择术式;而吸入七氟烷麻醉安全有效,值得推广.%Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of traditional surgery and minamally ifivasive laparoscopic surgery for pediatric henia and to find the effective drug of anesthesia. Method: 62 children with hernia treated by surgery and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. the complications,the differences of recurrence and the value and safety of inhalation anesthetic sevoflurane were observed. Result: It's effective for all the patients, there were no serious complications, but in the traditional surgery group there was one child relapsed after surgery. There was no serious complications about anesthesia. Conclusion: Both the traditional surgery and minamally invasive laparoscopic surgery were effective in treating hernia of children, and the method of inhaled sevofiurane anesthesia is safe and effective and should be promoted.
