护理干预在福利院老年性痴呆患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的:探讨护理干预对福利院老年性痴呆患者认知、生活行为能力和生活质量的影响.方法:选取符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予老年性痴呆的一般护理,观察组加用护理干预.结果:观察组患者MMSE评分、ADL评分和生活质量综合评定问卷-74评分均显著改善,与对照组比较差异存在显著性(P＜0.05).结论:护理干预有助于提高福利院老年性痴呆患者质量的依从性,改善其认知功能,提高生活行为能力和生活质量.%Objective: To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the welfare institutions in patients with senile dementia of cognitive life capacity and quality of life. Method:The standard of 60 patients were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases, two groups of patients were treated with senile dementia in general care in the observation group and were used of the nursing intervention too. Result:Observation of patients with MMSE score, the ADL score and quality of life assessment questionnaires -74 scores were significantly improved compared with the control group significant (P <0. 05) differences exist. Conclusion: Nursing interventions have contributed to improve the quality of welfare institutions in patients with senile dementia compliance, and improve their cognitive function, and improve the behavior of life and quality of life.
