儿科门诊抗感染药物使用调查分析

摘要

Objective: To understand the use of pediatric outpatient anti-infective drugs in the woman and children health care hospital of Chengde . Method: Randomly checked the 2178 pediatric outpatient prescriptions in the second quarter of 2012; analyzed the utilization of antibacterial drugs, the adaptability of the selective drug, drug varieties and dosage, and the joint medications. Result: In our pediatric clinic, the outpatient antibiotics use was 37.5% ; the prescription rate of joint application of the two kinds antimicrobial agents was 9.5% ; the prescription rate of the application of single antimicrobial agents was 24. 3%. Conclusion : The further specification of antimicrobial drug selection, usage and particularly the dosing frequency in the woman and children health care hospital of Chengde clinic is still needed.%目的:了解承德市妇幼保健院儿科门诊抗感染药物的使用情况.方法:随机抽查2012年二季度儿科门诊处方2178张,对抗菌药物使用率、选择药物的适应性、用药品种、用法用量及联合用药情况进行了分析.结果:我院儿科门诊抗菌药物使用率37.5％,两种抗菌药物联合应用的处方比率为9.5％,单用一种抗菌药物的处方比率为24.3％.结论:承德市妇幼保健院儿科门诊抗菌药物选择、抗菌药物用法特别是给药频次还需要进一步的规范.
