目的:探讨玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核在残冠残根修复中的临床应用价值.方法:选择残冠残根患者91例,患齿104颗,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者应用玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核修复,对照组选择金属铸造桩核.结果:观察组患者治疗成功50颗,成功率为94.3%,对照组患者治疗成功41颗,成功率为80.4%,观察组患者治疗成功率显著高于对照组(X2=4.6226,P=0.0316).观察组患者仅1颗患齿于随访24个月时发生桩核折断.对照组患者发生桩核脱落的比例为13.7%,显著高于观察组(X2=5.7663,P=0.0163).结论:玻璃纤维增强树脂桩核系统在残冠残根的修复中具有很高的临床应用价值.%Objective: To study the clinical application of glass fiber reinforced resin post and core in the restoration of residual crown and root. Method: 91 patients with residual crown and root were chosen, there were 104 disease tooth, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group were treated with glass fiber reinforced resin post and core repair, while the control group select metal cast post and core. Result: There were 50 tooth success in the observation group, the effective rate was 94. 3% , there were 41 tooth success in the observation group, the effective rate was 80. 4% , the effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group ( X2 = 4. 6226, P = 0. 0316 ). There's only one patient suffering from teeth post-core break in the observation group after 24 months. The post and core loss ratio of the control group was 13. 7% , significantly higher than the observation group ( X2 =5. 7663, P=0. 0163 ). Conclusion: Glass fiber reinforced resin post and core system has high clinical value in the restoration of residual crown and root.
