Objective: To investigate the relationship between the brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) in plasma and arrhythmia and the effect in clinical judgment. Method: Detected the BNP concentration in plasma and analyzed the correlation with arrhythmia. Result: The number of patients of BNP rised were atrial arrhythmia ( 26 ), borderline arrhythmias ( 27 ), ventricular arrhythmia ( 39 ) . In normal control group logBNP was 1. 54±0. 21 ( pg/mL ) , the atrial arrhythmia group logBNP was 2. 78 ± 0. 52 ( pg / mL ), the junction of arrhythmia group logBNP was 2. 32 ± 0. 32 ( pg / mL ) , In ventricular arrhythmia group logBNP was 2.12 ±0.12( pg/ mL ) . Conclusion: Plasma BNP associated with heart rate disorders , but the difference within group was not significant , further research in arrhythmia judgment is needed.%目的:探讨血浆中的脑钠肽(BNP)与心律失常的关系及其在临床判定中的效果.方法:对我院收治的患者分组,测定血浆中的BNP浓度,对其与心律失常进行相关性分析.结果:三组患者中BNP上升病例分别是房性心律失常(26例),交界性心律失常(27例),室性心律失常(39例).正常对照组logBNP为1.54±0.21( pg/mL),房性心律失常组logBNP为2.78±0.52(pg/mL),交界性心律失常组logBNP为2.32±0.32(pg/mL),室性心律失常组logBNP为2.12±0.12(pg/mL).结论:血浆中的BNP与心率失常存在相关性,但组内差异不显著,用作心率失常的判定中还需进一步的研究.
