Objective:To study the correlation between peripheral venous pressure ( PVP ) and central venous pressure ( CVP ) .Method:Choosing 200 tumors patients in different condition such as perioperative period and chemotherapy and measuring both their CVP and PVP 2~3 times,more than 500 times in total. Did the linear correlation analysis and regression analysis on the result of it .Result:Measured 598 times of CVP and PVP .There's significant positive correlation between CVP and PVP ( r=0.866 P<0.05) , every re-sult is meaningful in statistics ( p<0.05) , no mater in chemotherapy ( r=0.887) or in perioperative period ( r=0.770).And the regression equation of CVP and PVP was CVP =0.515PVP+1.157 (b=0.515, p<0.05). Conclusion:Monitoring Peripheral venous pressure (PVP)can reflect the changes of whole body blood vol-ume and cardiac function , It is easy and save .So it can be applying widely in tumors patients even in urgent cases in the primary hospital ,instead of monitoring central venous pressure effectively .%目的:探讨肿瘤患者外围静脉压( PVP )与中心静脉压( CVP )的相关性。方法:选择200例不同状态下(围手术期、化疗期)的肿瘤患者,每人同时测量CVP 和PVP2~3次,共500例次以上,对CVP 和PVP 变量间行线性相关分析和回归分析。结果:598例次的PVP 与CVP 变量间行直线相关分析呈显著正相关(r=0.866,p<0.05),其中化疗期的CVP 与PVP的相关系数为0.887,围手术期的CVP 与PVP 的相关系数为0.770,各组均有统计学意义(p<0.05),598例次的CVP 与PVP 存在回归关系,b=0.515,p<0.05,回归方程为CVP=0.515PVP+1.157。结论:PVP 监测可反映全身血容量和心功能变化,创伤小、简便易行,在肿瘤患者乃至条件艰苦的基层医院急、危、重症患者监测中,可作为CVP监测的有效替代。
