环形角膜染色评分模型在青少年屈光不正患者不同调节状态下的应用观察

Objective:To analyze the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores in teenagers patients with refractive errors among different accommodation.Methods: 166 teenagers patients with refractive errors were randomly selected, they were divided into myopia group (-0.50~-10.50D), hyperopia group (+0.50~+5.50D) and normal group, in 0min, 15min and 30min, using the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores to observe the fluorescein of the cornea.Results: With the inhance of the observation time, the accommodation time and range, the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores became more and more (P<0.05).Conclusion: With the changing of the accommodation time and range of teenager patients with refractive errors, the circular corneal fluorescein staining scores became more and more, the stability of teenagers refractive error patients'tear film descended.%目的:探究分析环形角膜染色评分模型在青少年屈光不正患者不同调节状态下的应用.方法:随机选取青少年屈光不正患者共计166例,分为近视组、远视组、平光组,屈光度范围:近视在(-0.50~-10.50D),远视在(+0.50~+5.50D),采用环形角膜荧光染色模型法分别于0min、15min、30min,观察其角膜染色情况.结果:随着观察时间的不断延长,调节幅度及调节时间的增加,各组角膜环形染色评分均呈上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:青少年屈光不正患者随着调节状态的不断改变其环形角膜荧光染色评分逐渐增加,泪膜稳定性逐渐下降.
