慢性心力衰竭患者钙结合蛋白S100A12的表达意义及机制分析

摘要

Objective:To study mechanism and expression significance of calcium binding protein S100A12 in patients with chronic heart failure ( CHF) . Methods:58 patients with CHF who received treat-ment in hospital from October 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the study subjects, chose another same peri-od of physical examination in the hospital without the occurrence of heart failure of volunteers as a control group (50 cases), compared the two groups of clinical detection indicators, patients with different cardiac function in patients with S100A12 levels and echocardiographic indicators, analysis of the correlation between S100A12 level and cardiac function classification and clinical indicators. Results:The levels of white blood cell count, red blood cell count, Hs-CRP , HR, LVEDD, LVESD and LVMI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). With the increase of the degree of patients with heart failure, the LVEDD, LVESD, LVMI and S100A12 levels were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . According to the Spearman method, the correlation of S100A12, LVESD, LVEDD, LVMI, HR, Hs-CRP , white blood cell count and red blood cell count were positively correlated. Conclusion:Patients with CHF of S100A12 expression and cardiac function and inflammatory markers is very closely linked to clinical as the monitoring index, thus better adjuvant therapy.%目的:研究分析慢性心力衰竭患者钙结合蛋白S100A12的表达意义及机制.方法:随机选择自2015年10月至2016年7月在医院接受治疗的58例CHF患者作为本次研究对象,另选同期在医院进行健康体检的未发生心力衰竭的志愿者50例作为对照组,比较两组临床检测指标、不同心功能情况的患者S100A12水平及超声心动图指标,分析患者S100A12水平与心功能分级及临床检测指标的相关性.结果:观察组的白细胞计数、红细胞计数、Hs-CRP、HR、LVEDD、LVESD及LVMI的水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).随着患者心衰程度的加剧,其LVEDD、LVESD、LVMI及S100A12水平均明显增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).依照Spearman法评价相关性可知,患者S100A12水平与心功能分级及LVEDD、LVESD、LVMI、HR、Hs-CRP、白细胞计数及红细胞计数均呈正相关.结论:CHF患者S100A12的表达与其心功能指标和炎症指标等具有十分紧密的联系,临床可将其作为监测指标,从而更好地辅助治疗.
