叶酸治疗对老年H型高血压患者同型半胱氨酸水平和动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘要

目的:观察临床应用叶酸治疗老年H型高血压对患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平以及动脉粥样硬化的影响.方法:选取2015年3月至2015年12月在我科进行诊治的112例H型高血压患者,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,其中对照组患者给予常规降血压治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用叶酸治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后对同型半胱氨酸水平和动脉粥样硬化的影响.结果:治疗后两组患者临床治疗总有效率比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的血浆Hcy、肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)比较差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血浆Hcy、baPWV及SBP、DBP均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组患者各指标下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:临床应用叶酸治疗老年H型高血压可明显提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者血浆Hcy水平及动脉粥样硬化状态,有效降低血压,可在临床推广应用.%Objective:To observe the effects of folic acid on homocysteine level and atherosclerosis in elderly patients with H-type hypertension. Methods:112 patients with H-type hypertension who were diag-nosed and treated in our department from March 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the con-trol group and the observation group ( 56 cases) . The patients in the control group were treated with routine antihypertensive therapy. The observation group was treated with folic acid on the basis of the control group. The effects of treatment on homocysteine level and atherosclerosis were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma Hcy, baPWV, SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment ( P> 0.05) . The levels of plasma Hcy, baPWV, SBP and DBP in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05) . The de-crease of the indexes of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0. 05) . Conclusion:The clinical application of folic acid in the treatment of elderly patients with H-type hyper-tension can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency, improve plasma Hcy levels and atherosclero-sis state, reduce blood pressure, can be applied in clinical practice.
