Objective To investigate the effect of folic acid adjuvant therapy on homocysteine ( Hcy ) level and stroke incidence rate in patients with H-type hypertensive. Methods Totally 206 patients with H-type hypertensive admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 103 cases in each group. The two groups were given Irbesartan Tablets ( 150 mg/time, once a day ) or Amlodipine Besylate Tablets ( 5 mg/time, once a day ) , at the same time, the observation group was given folic acid ( 5 mg/time, once a day ) for adjuvant therapy. Results There were no significant differences in plasma Hcy, IL-6, CRP, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before treatment in the two groups, but these indexes were significantly decreased after treatment ( P 0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项指标均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后随访12个月,对照组患者脑卒中和心肌梗死发生率分别为12.62％和2.91％,均显著高于观察组患者的1.94％和0.97％(P<0.05).结论 叶酸辅助治疗H型高血压可降低患者Hcy水平,且能有效降低脑卒中发病风险.
